Shipping & Returns
We currently ship orders within the continental United States.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number. Please be sure your shipping address is correct; we’re unable to redirect orders after they’ve been shipped.
Orders can take up to two business days to process and ship. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground.
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
Orders must be placed by December 15 to receive your order before Christmas.

It’s extremely important to us that our customers are happy with our products. If you’re dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from the purchase date for assistance with your return. No refunds will be made after 14 days from the purchase date.
Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund. Used or opened products can be returned for store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. We do not accept items damaged from use or general wear and tear. Pipit & Finch will pay for return shipping on damaged items.
